Pallbearers

Directed by Tati Chavitage

Pallbearers is a personal documentary that follows the 10-day road trip of a filmmaker and their best friend as they travel to see their mother’s grave for the first time. Combining analog and digital methods of capture, Pallbearers is a collage that encompasses the experience of guiding one’s chosen family toward their family of origin.
