This policy covers biglettuceentertainment.com. Three things sit outside it, each with its own notice: the Store, operated by Red Coral LLC; Green Room (greenroomprep.com), a separate product; and films watched on Red Coral Universe, governed by that platform.

Information you give us

The contact form and the Work With Us form collect your name, email address, and message. We use these to reply to you and, where relevant, to discuss working together. We do not add you to a mailing list from these forms.

The shop is covered by its own policy. The Big Lettuce Entertainment Official Store is operated by Red Coral LLC, and what it collects when you order — name, email, shipping address — is described in the Store privacy policy rather than here. Payment card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by either company.

Information collected automatically

We use PostHog to understand how the site is used — pages visited, which films are clicked, and where visitors arrived from. On this website, that analytics data is held in memory for the duration of your visit and is not written to your device.

We do not send your name, email address, or payment details to our analytics provider, and session recording is switched off.

Advertising

This site displays third-party advertising, which is how free access to much of what we publish is funded. Advertising partners and the exchanges they work with may set their own cookies, read cookies already on your device, and collect information about your visit — including your IP address, device and browser details, and the pages you view — in order to select and measure ads.

This activity happens under those companies' own privacy policies rather than ours, and we do not control what they collect. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of this kind of advertising. You can limit it through your browser's cookie settings, and through industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out and Your Online Choices in Europe.

Our ads.txt file lists the advertising partners authorised to sell inventory on this site.

Other services we rely on

• Netlify — hosting. Standard server logs, including IP addresses, are processed to serve and secure the site.
• PostHog — analytics, as described above.
• Embedded content, such as the arcade games and video players, is loaded from third-party services that may receive your IP address in order to deliver it.

How long we keep things

Form submissions are kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider's standard retention period. Store order records are held by Red Coral LLC under the Store privacy policy.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and browsers that send a Do Not Track signal are excluded from our analytics.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
