These terms cover biglettuceentertainment.com. Two things sit outside them: the Store, which is operated by Red Coral LLC under its own terms, and Green Room (greenroomprep.com), which is a separate product. Films watched on Red Coral Universe are governed by that platform's terms.

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Who can use this site

The site is not directed at children under 13. Buying from the Store has its own age requirement, set out in the Store terms.

Our content

The films, trailers, artwork, text, and design on this site are owned by Big Lettuce Entertainment LLC or licensed to us by the filmmakers who made them. You may view and share links to them. You may not copy, re-upload, redistribute, or use them commercially without written permission — including using them to train machine learning models.

Films stream on Red Coral Universe rather than here. Watching them is subject to that platform's terms, not ours.

Sending us your work

If you contact us through the Work With Us form or by email about distribution, production services, or a project:

• You keep ownership of what you send. Sending us a film, script, or pitch does not transfer any rights in it. Any distribution or production arrangement is set out in a separate signed agreement.
• Please don't send confidential material unsolicited. We review a lot of work, and we can't promise that something you send is kept confidential or that we won't be working on something similar. If confidentiality matters, tell us before you send anything.
• We're not obliged to respond, and we may decline. Not hearing back isn't a rejection of the work's merit.

The arcade and other embedded content

The arcade games and any embedded players are provided for entertainment, as they are. Some are loaded from third-party services, and we don't control their behaviour or availability.

Advertising and links

This site carries third-party advertising and links to other websites. We don't control what those advertisers or sites do, and including them isn't an endorsement. How advertising affects your information is described in our privacy policy.

Using the site properly

Please don't break the site or misuse it. That includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping it at a scale that degrades it for others, interfering with its security, or using it for anything unlawful.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the site at any time, including films, and we don't promise it will always be available or error-free.

Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Lettuce Entertainment LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Purchases are covered by the Store terms instead.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York — except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always posted here with its effective date.
